Hi guys
I received rfe for 485 today , asking for employment offer,tax documents,paystub as well as
payroll(petitioner's forms DE-6,quarterly wage statements for the four most recent quarters, along with a statement indicating each employee's name,position,title,duties, wage & amount of hours per month each is employed)
My nd 26th sep 01,
Fp 12 sep 02
changed job >180 days,

Does anybody got the same RFE till now?Please share

Received similar RFE duing my 140 stage at Vermont. Try to convince your company to provide necessary documents. In my case, since I had my company (p)refered lawyers it was a just a month long effort.

what are the sizes of your company. How big the yare and how many employees they have.
