received response to FOIPA. what next?

I received a letter from the FBI in response to my FOIPA indicating there was no records! What should I do with this letter now?! this is obviously different from the actual INS name check. Should I fax it to the INS?....
 
You have already known the FOIPA has nothing to do with the NC clearance, haven’t you? So, the question for yourself is why you wanted that FOIPA.
