Received response from CSC

Last November I have called to NSC regarding my case was-02-066 and they promised to submit request to CSC. They did it. Yesterday I received letter from CSC. Of course there was no any useful information about status of the case, usual bullshit like "your case is pending" But guess what?! The letter was not about my case it was about someone else case with wac-02-065!!!!

WHAT ARE THEY DOING IN CSC?!
 
Even I requested for case status in October at NCS and they forwarded the request to CSC.

I got a letter from CSC officer with his hand written message saying " The current processing time is 12/16/01 " and signed on that letter.

It indirectly says Shut UP until ur turn comes.
