Just wanted to give an update that I received for one of my emails about the backlog.

Here is the response:

And what should I confer from this response?
 
1. Keep sending emails,
2. Start a new campaign thread and request others to join you.
3. If enough emails/faxes are sent then you follow it up with a phone call.
4. Once you establish a contact person, request face time.
5. Pull up all the support documents and go for the meeting and discuss your case.

If you need any additional assistance to any part of the above, please feel free to post here. We will all try to help you get as much information as you need.
