Basically they say that they don't have manpower to complete my FP checks. And they don't know when they can get it done. They even apologized for the delay :D . Once my FP checks are done my file will be sent to final determination.

They said the same thing for my wife and son.
 
I am also expecting reply

I have asked the BCIS to do a 'Status Inquiry' , it is almost two weeks plus now. I should be getting a reply from they soon, let's see what they have to say, we have been seeing wide variety of replies coming the BCIS.
 
Some times no reply...

Some time they even do not reply. I requested status query of my I485 more than 2 months ago, still no reply. RD 01/14/02 ND 01/25/02 FP1 06/03/02 after that no reply.
