My entry into United states was denied few months back and my H1B visa was cancelled saying that I need to re apply for a new visa and I agreed for that. few days back I have attended interview on H4 but the interviewer was asking about cancelled visa and gave me refusal worksheet Section 212(a)(6)(c)(1). I'm wondering what's happening here, could you please help me with this. Thank you!
 
6Ci is fraud or misrepresentation of a material fact. Did they accuse you of lying about anything?
 
Thank you @newacct. They were saying employer issue and I'm not sure what was the issue. Even though I was having offer letters and I20's with the employer details they are not considering it. I'm just confused and not sure what they are looking for
 
How can I procced with this? Could you let me know please @newacct? my wife is in USA. What are the consequences and how to overcome this issue ? please help me
