Thanks to all the members for help and sharing my questions and good luck to the members who are waiting for approval.
Today I received my plastic card which was surprise for me and it is a year back dated (09/02/04).
Now I am happy
but little confused. 
On Sep.02 I checked my status and it was showing that your case is approved on Sep. 02, 2005, we have ordered you a card we will mail you as soon as it is ready.
I have the print out of case status and email confirmation.
After Sept. 2, I was not able to see the status online because they had some problem so I waited for a week and then I called 1 800 number on Wednesday Sept. 7th and spoke to Immgration officer and she told me that it shows that your case is approved and we have mailed you the approval notice and you will get it in 14 days and she veryfied my home address.
From Sept. 8 I was able to see my case status online and following is the message
This case has been approved. On September 7, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address.
Now I am confused with plastic card ( which I got it) and approval letter (have not received yet), should not I get approval letter first than plastic card? And according to them I should call them if I don't receive approval letter in 14 days. Do I still need approcal letter?
