Received Pkt4. Need some Information ...

Gurus,

Received Pkt 4 for Sept interview.

I need info on following:

1. Fees = $335.0
What I pay at interview would be the above
- (minus) $260 I paid to NVC. (335-260=$75)

Is this right ?

2. My First name and Last name are reversed in
all my certificates, education, marriage etc.

Is this going to be a problem ?

3. PCC at Indian embassy, NY should be enough and
I don't need PCC from India.

Is this right ?

Any help appreciated!!

If you paid $260 before....

.. !st june then you only need to pay $65 and not $75. No idea about 1st name last name. But if it is mentioned that First name .. and last name .. then it may cause probs. Check with attorney. No local PCC, only PCC from Indian consulate needed.
