yes i got all these in 1 RFE letter

Secondary evidence was reg with my Birth certificate.
I dont remember whether I have sent photo copies of passport earlier.
My birth certificate had a spelling mistake reg my last name.So I got 1rfe for that.

What did you submit as secondary evidence for Birth Certificate?
I have a similar problem where my mothers name is spelled differently.

iam waiting for the docs from India

I will be sending affidavits one from my mother side and one from father side.My mother's last name (officially) is different than mine.At the time of filing i have written her name with her own last name.So do I need to keep the same last name of her while writing her name in the birth certificate and affidavit.Does INS checks this.
