You sure you address didn't change? If it did and you didn't file a change of address with USPS, someone has to manually look it up or send it back to USCIS...
Or maybe your GC wanted to take a trip around the country before getting to you

the card looks fine, it is backdated four years as it should be. it reads AS6; this is correct for primary asylees, right?
if i go abroad and my RTD gets lost, may I travel back into the US only with my GC, does anyone know?
I applied for asylum in 1998; if someone told me then that I would get my GC in Jan 2007 I would have packed my bags and gone to I don't know where
Now, I wish I could visit my family in my COP. but, they still could arrest me as I have a military case still pending for escaping the service during the war. also uscis might give me crap. what to do?!
