Received labor clearance

Hi -

I received my LC approval on Thursday, the 3rd of October - my case was received by DOL San Francisco on Feb 1, 2002. The DOL processing time list obviously has not been updated. To those who are still waiting - take heart.

Thor, what is the DOT code in you LC?... DOL seems to be picking up Non-IT related application out of the queue would help us confirm/refute this theory if you can let us know your profession

I'm in consulting - sorry, don't have the DOT code as the lawyers handled everything.

Can you please let us know what was your labor filed as.
My case went to San Francisco on the 4th on Feb and i have not heard of any case (other than yours) that has been approved after Dec 2001.
