Hello Guys, I received letter today along with fingerprint letter. I was wondering if this is an interview letter. Mine is EB3, PD Dec 1999

It reads as follows:

office location: 26 federal plaza
ask for: immigration examiner
reason for appointment: AOS
bring with you:

I-693 (medicals) Do we need to redo ? We already submitted
Evidence of financial support : job letter, 2 month pay stub, Tax return,w2's
I-864 : who will fill this ? my employer ?

It didn't ask me for I-94, passport etc.

Is my wife going to get a separate letter and fingerprint letter ?.

Please reply and share your thoughts asap.

thanks,

Hi

What I know about your questions is

1-Medical if they ask you then go again and redo your medical again.

2-take your employer letter and Tax return (LAST TWO YEARS MUST) do not worry about your tax return and pay stub if you have then its fine. they didnt ask me but I took it with me for the safe side.

3-I864 is the form you have to fill out what it is like you have to give them three relatives address and phone numbers (greencard or citizen in USA). and carry around $300.00 cash with you at the time of your interwie once they ask you for this form then show it to them otherwise not. I was ready for it but they didnt ask me for it and i saved my $300. :)

4- dont worry about your wife's Finger prints at the time of interwie they will take it once they aprove your case.

best of luck and take second opinion from others.

Sorry guys, in an excitement with worry I forgot to write my other info.

PD : Dec 1999
I-485 RD : July 2002
TD: Aug, 2004
ID : Oct, 28th 2004

Thanks INS S for your reply and valuable suggestions and let me put some other doubts here:

Should I expect interview letter for my spouse or she would accompany me in the interview without interview letter.

INS S => BTW, what is $300 for ?. I am going to birng it with me but just curious.

Mine is a future employment case should the employment letter be from the
present company or from future employer ?

Do I also need AC21 letter or something ?

Please share your thoughts.

Thanks.

Wife

Definitelt take your wife with you. Chances are her file is with your file and they forgot to send her the interview letter.

Thanks man and I wish you good luck too. You too are going to get the letter soon, you are just there. Actually I almost stopped waiting and counting dates, just continue with the present. BTW, I kept reading yours post off and on.

Just throwing a question to everyone for suggestion. Who is the best attorney in city to handle this type of case ?

Take care guys.
