Received Intent to Revoke on Approved I-140

Dear All,

My lawyer just informed me that they have received "Intent to Revoke" on my approved I-140 today. He said he will discuss with me on Monday and has one month to respond.

Does anybody has any idea what this could be and why this could be?
What are my options now?

as far as i Know, an approved 140 can not be invoked. that was clearly explained in one of the memos they have recently released.

If USCIS suspects employer of fraud, then USCIS can revoke every 140 filed by that employer.

I'm not a lawyer but as far as I know USCIS or your employer can
revoke/request to revoke your GC any time.
But I've heard it's very rare and even if it happens, I've heard
you can apeal using your lawyer and successfully overturn it
most of the time. Unless you made clear violations of immigration
laws, it's somewhat subjective matter to decide the fraudness of
GC process, IMHO, in this messy time of immigration laws....
