received a notice of findings from the the BEC with intent to deny.
Basically mine was RIR - and the Recruitment report that was sent by
my lawyer stated that one of the candidates was rejected based on the
overqualification. Apparantly this is not the right thing. You can not reject any candidate based on overqualification and hence the intent to deny
my case. Can anyone pl. pass on any relevant info/suggestion/leads in this
regard. This is extremely important for me as i am on my 7th year extension
and have only 4 more months to go. Also i have few related inquiries :
1) Can i file for the H1-B extn for the 8th year?
2) Can this decision of BEC be reversed?
3) Should I look for some other LC from other companies ???
4) If the LC gets rejected what are my options to stay here ...???
5) any other imp. point ...?
