Hello Everyone, I have applied for Citizenship on Marriage based. I got my Greencard on employment based. Ofcouse My Present Marriage is in US and have Michigan Marriage Licence.

My question is I was divorced in the past and my previous marriage and Divorce certificates are from India. For Family based Applications, All previous marriages needs to be ended legally. Ofcouse as per Indian law, my marriage was ended legally. Do I need US equivalent of this certificates even though I got married and divorced in India. Please Advice. Thanks a lot

If you got married and divorced in India, then you only need documents issued in India indicating these events. Marriage and divorce should have occured in the US to get these in the US. You are OK with what you have.

You are just fine; don't worry too much Dude, before the IV nite, take a good sleep and don't lie in the IV as if you don't know any question then simply reply that you don't know. Goodluck!
