Received IL for NYC

I wanted to let you guys know that I received IL today .Following are my timelines
Applied on Mar 4
Notice Date : Mar 10
FP : Apr 2
IL : Receceived today
Interview Date: Dec 9th.
I had called last week...to inquire and they told me that I was put on the list to be interviewed on Sep 25th and I received the letter today

However, I have one question...the letter asked me to bring IRS transcripts Form 1172 ...I could not find that form on IRS website..Does anyone have idea how to get this?
