Received I140 approval notice email today 7/31

Just received the email for "approval notice sent" today 7/31 for my I140.
Of course, I am very happy :D but it also proof that USCIS just don't follow the rules at all. :confused:

Both my wife and I filed the I140 at NSC for EB3 regular on wife=02/24/07 and myself=05/17/07. I got it approved in about 10 weeks. but my wife is still waiting.

the processing time only shows Oct 06 in the recent updates.
 
Congratulations belacut. That was fast. Would you mind sharing with us your PD? My RD for my I-140 is March 5, 2007 with PD of April 30, 2001. I did get an RFE last month and will be responding to it next week. Did you do concurrent filing? Thanks.
