Second stamp: Nov. 5, 2002
Card received: November 27, 2002

Which Service Center handled you case

Which Service Center handled you case? My wife had her restamping done on Nov 8 and still waiting for the plastic.

Did you file I-90 when you did second stamping for the passport?

My service center is NSC. The officer at local INS didn't do anything except giving me the second stamp. He even didn't check my case on his computer.

I didn't file I-90.

I got my pp stamped on 02/18/02, still waiting. Do u think it's time to restamp or too early?

I think it's too early.

I had my passport restamped 10 days before expiration.
