I received second fingerprinting notice today. It was issued by BCIS on 3rd Dec. 03. I had called NCSC around a month back to update my AR-11 and asked them about re-fingerprinting. I guess the inquiry led to this notice being issued. Interestingly, my on-line status has not yet been changed to indicate the re-fingerprinting notice being sent. Does it change at all ? Also, my service center does not seem to have changed, inspite of the Application Support Center being in Colorado.
