This is interesting...
While RFE is still pending to be answered..., a trigger on 2nd FP.
I have not seen anybody reporting this kind of simultaneous events previously. Many guys reported that after submitting reply to RFE, they recieved a 2nd FP notice.
If USCIS has modified its process..., then 2nd FP just a auto generated process depending on FP expiry date?
