I have received my FP notice on 06/23/00 from my attorney. I have not received the courtesy copy yet. FP appt is scheduled for the week of
July 8th. My PD is 04/17/98.

Can any one tell me their experience of taking FP at Newark centre? and also can I go for FP before the schedule date ?

Please let me know.

No FP as yet. VSC EB2. PD feb 98, 485 RD Late July 99 and ND 8/4/99. Anyone else with no FPs around the same dates.

VSC Processing times (RD: 8/99, ND 9/99)- Help appreciated

I am new to this forum. I have applied for my 485 adjustment of status to
VSC RD: 8/12/99 ND 9/3/99. When I looked up some lawyers\' websites,
the VSC I-485 processing times entry had
I-485 Adjustment 09/27/98 480 640
But out here I see people who applied later have got their processing underway.
Am I missing something here? Also can anyone tell me what my waiting time
looks like?
