MY attorney got FP notice and he sent to me. FP scheduled for 8/17
 
I am in Denver

My attorney sent the I-485 applications in first week of APR to INS. RD: 04/23/2001. I don\'t know ND. My FP notice says, Notice Date: 08/03/2001. But I received the FP orders from my attorney yesterday. I live in Denver, CO. GC filed in CSC.

It is kind of strange that your Attorney received the FP notice and not you. I thought you get it at your home address.

Anyone please confirm. Can the FP Notice be sent to the Attorney instead of the applicant?? If that is the case, we not only have to check our mail everyday, but call our Attorney too :-(

. All you got was your courtsey copy from your attorney??

Can you pls confirm your Received Date and Notice Date printed on
 your I-485 receipt(that may be with lawyer)?
 If it ND is in August and RD in April, it means they have started issueing FP notices
 beyond April ND as well, will give us some hope.

My address has been changed

My address has been changed, may be the original FP notice was sent to the old address and went back to INS. The copy my attorney got was coutsey Copy. RD: 04/06, ND: 04/23
