Received FP Notice, I140 not approved yet!!

A Relative of mine received his FingerPrint Notice yesterday.

L-1 Visa Holder

I-140 RD11/30/02 (EB2)
It is NOT YET APPROVED.

He filed his I485 2 months ago - RD 9/16/03


And he just received his FP Notice. FP appointment date is 11/29/03!

On the FP Notice the Priority Date AND Received Date is 9/15/03.
That's 1 DAY BEFORE his 485 Receipt Date!!

Also on the FP Notice, the NOTICE DATE IS 1/29/2000. This is even before he applied for the I-140 and started the GC Process. ( He did not do LC, as he has L1 Visa) !!

I guess he should just go ahead and do his FP on the scheduled date..what do you guys think happened here??

This must be the place

to post this fact -- we got approved on Oct 6, 2003, and again
on Oct 9,2003. Online status indicates approval on Oct 6.
Our case details were posted earlier. We must be the few
lucky ones to get approval twice.

Same with my friend

That is TSC you are still new to this I guess,but to give you an update my friend also had the same scenario and he just went and gave the FP's when he was asked to.I guess if your lucky you might get approved before us if this could trigger something on your file or else you have to just keep taking FP as one gets expired.Good luck,i would suggest you to go and take the FP.
