Received Fp notice for Retro Case's

Hi All,

One of my friend received the FP notice, his details are as follows.

India/EB3
PD: 08/2003
485 ND: 11/2004

Getting FP notice fpr PD retro cases with in four months surprises me.at the same time my notice date is 10/2004, But i had not received any FP notice.

Do they process the cases in any order. ?
Does any one know what stage they will send the FP notice.?
Do we get RFE's before or after the FP notice?

Can any one share their experience.
 
Mine RD is 09/30/2004, and PD march 2003, no FP Notice yet to me.

Receiving FP in retrogression is not big deal. many have got it including me.
remember 485 wont be approved until PD is current.
 
FP Notice date on 25th, and received on 3rd March. I think they will send FP to every one.

Seems like the processing dates moved to Jan 29th 2004 today, what this means is they will process the cases until the point where they find the road block of PD retro in their process.

And god only knows when the PD will move.
