Received FP notice again

ND 9/00 Done FP 11/00. Got to know that lawyer has recived another FP
notice. Anybody in the same boat?

WHy don\'t you check with FBI whether about your Finger Prints are approved and sent to INS. If yes, then Call INS whether they have received it. If No, then check with your local ASC where you performed your FP. Sometimes, it is written on the FP notice that " Disregard this notice if FP is already done".
