REceived FP Code 1 For Primary applicant Only??

hi!

I received FP2(Code 1( for my self only not for my wife though I applied I-485 for my wife same time we received FP1 & Bio metric togather.


What should I do to get my wife's FP2(Code 1)?

As she is going to India Next Month can I request to re shedule to FP later by calling ASC?

I have seen several posts here and also with my personal experience, the derivative FP2 notice generally comes couple of weeks later than that of the primary. I don't know the reason, but same thing happened in my case I received my wife's FP2 notice a couple of weeks after my notice was received (though the dates were same). For my son we received the notice after both my wife and I had undergone the finger printing (code 3). I think you should be OK.

In my opinion do not try to reschedule the appointment just now, it might so happen that you get the appointment for such dates that you're here for the appointment.

I'm also in the same boat. But I think we should be ok per thukralrk. Anyway I'm checking with my lawer. Will update if I hear back
