Received Finger Printing Notice 11/14

Hi Everyone,
I received a finger printing notice yesterday in the mail informing me to go down to the BCIS office (San Francisco) for finger printing. It asks to bring the usual identification information.

I don't know if the lawyer has received the same letter or not as I switched jobs and we are in the process of filing for change of representation. Luckily enough Its the same law firm but different office.

My online message has not changed yet.

VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION: Stupid that I am i have
:rolleyes: just checked and realized that my wife's advance parole expires on 12/08 and we are going to canada for Xmas and new years. I appreciate any feedback on how to go about possibly getting an interim/emergency Advance parole and have it ready by then.

I know this has been asked millions of times but when its not your case you tend to not pay as much attention (no direspect intended) --> Can I go for my fingerprinting earlier than the suggested date would they have an issue with that?

Depends on the FP center. Usually at this time most of the centers are entertaining early FP.

Emergency AP for pleasure trips is absolutely out of question.
Medical grounds or death in the family stand a chance for Emergency AP.
 
Congrats Hussian on 2nd FP

YOU CA GO before your FP scheduled date and try to tell them you won't be in station for scheduled date and may after 3 or 4 days your online will be changed to on bla bla we received your FP ...BLA..BLA..

Are you happy with your chicago law firm? Don't worry they will send lawyers FP copy to you....

we did our 2nd FP last saturday and message changed on wednes day..
