I received my EAD today, but my I-140/I-485 are pending. Is the EAD of any use right now? I think I have to wait for the I-140 to be approved before changing jobs, right?
It is best to wait until I140 is approved to use EAD. JUst in the slightest possiblity of a denial. Then you will loose EAD and your current visa status (because you used EAD).
