Me and wife received our EAD cards by mail today..effective 04/16/01 - 04/15/02....they were approved on 04/16/01.....
I have 1 question...My H1B is valid till Dec 2002 but my wife on H4 intends to work now as she has her EAD ....if she starts working she would lose her h4 status but will i lose my H1B status also ??
also we are applying for her SSN tomorrow....would this affect her status anyway ? and would she get UNRESTRICTED SSN card
