Received EAD Card ordered email

Hi All,

I have used this forum to look for answers, it was very helpful. So posting my story:

EAD - E file at NSC
RD- May 31 07
FP - June 28 07
LUD - June 30 07
Current EAD expiry Date : Aug 15 07

After looking at the processing time for EAD, I was pretty sure mine wouldn't be processed in time. So sent 2 expediate FAX request on Jul 25 & 27. There was a LUD on Jul 28 but there was no change in the message.
Today Aug 2 got a mail saying that New card were ordered.

Could you elaborate on what did you send to expedite. I have sent my EAD renewal on June 26th and my EAD expires in November but it was filed thru my lawyer....can I send expedite Faxes to TSC? How does one do that? Whats the fax number?

Could you provide the Fax number please? I filed through my lawyer at TSC since April 26 and my wife's EAD expiring next week! Also, would be great if you could provide the content of the fax as well. thanks!
 
fax no.'s & expediate fax

The fax no's that I used were 4022196344(1st)/4022196171(2nd), & I called them the second time when I sent the fax & the IO said that they got my fax & have put in the file for consideration.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for the renewal of employment authorization card.
My details are as follows

EAD RENEWAL APP RECEIPT NUMBER –
EAD RENEWAL APP RECEIPT DATE –

485 RECEIPT NUMBER –


On May 31 2007 I applied for I765 application to renew my Employment Authorization Card as my current EAD is expiring on Aug 15 2007.

In reviewing the processing dates, I believe my application may not be processed in time. Without EAD’s I would not be able to work until they are renewed.
I have made huge financial commitments based on my current job & cannot afford to be out of job.
My current job provides Medical insurance for my family & myself, which I would lose if I cannot get my EAD approved.

This would cause severe financial hardships on my family & me and also it will impact our Medical Insurance.
I would like to request expedite processing for my I-765 applications. My EAD expiry date is Aug 15 2007.

Processing my applications before this date would relieve me from undue financial hardships.
