Read many posts on AC21. But am still not clear. Pls advise...
I have received my EAD / AP. I -140 has not yet been approved and 485<180. I am not sure of my employers financial stability. To use AC21, I need I140 approved, 485>180 and same job.
But can I change jobs before I-140 approved, but after 485>180? Can I then use new employers I-140 bcoz I know my current employers stability is questionable?
Am a Schedule A profession - Physical Therapist.
Please advice. If I cant do the above, I will jump with new employer and try PERM with totally new filing. Is that a good idea?
