Received DS-3032 What Does This Mean??

Hi,

i'll try to be as brief as possible. i am a beneficiary, my dad is a green card holder and he applied for me and my sister. i don't known all the detail about the petition, all i have is the NVC case number.

we received a ds-3032 form some time ago and filled it and sent it back to the nvc, my brother-in-law is handling everything that why i don't have all the details and he is not the guy that you normally just talk to like that, i don't really have a close relationship with him so i decided to ask on here....

receiving the ds-3032 form, what does this mean?

how soon can i expect to receive word of the interview?

i will be 21 next november, thats 2011, will the green card process be completed before then?

if i knew the priority date i would not have ad to as because i would have look it up, but because of not having it i'm asking those who went thorugh the process..

how soon after you received your ds-3032 did you go on the interview and then receive your green card?

i also read that you don't receive the ds-3032 form unless your date is about to become current or so...

currently i am F2a. my sister was the same when they applied but she will be 22 in the coming november..

Thanks Much.. after posting last night i did some extra research and i found that same link you just sent me....i understand now..

i just wish that someone who went through it already would give a little insight and their time frame. does anyone have that to share with me?
