Received certified ETA 9089. What does that mean?

Hello, I checked the status of my case online on my lawyers website (not the gov one cause i have no usernae/passwd). Its the weekend, and I cant get intouch with the lawyers. What does "Received certified ETA 9089" mean? Heres is the history of my case accd to lawyers site. Thx a mill!
