If you remember my previous post, AVM and web site said our case was approved on Feb21st and they mailed a notice on Friday 21st Feb.(RD Oct 24)
we received our courtesy copies yesterday, but our lawyer has not received our originals. any one has idea how long it takes for the lawyer to receive originals. Thanks
 
Help!! Please

Please can some one help me here.
We havent received our original copies of I-485 approvals.
My lawyer says we can go for stamping with coutsey copies, but she is not very sure. I am little panicked here. can some one help mw what we can do.
 
You can go with your courtesy copy. I know many people who have done that. Again check with your local INS office before you go.

I know it is taking up to 10 days for the notices to be received - typical NSC style. Although message says it ways mailed the day it was approved, it actually does not get mailed until 3-5 days later.

Recvd courtesy copies : 02/28/2003

Dont know abt originals.

Thank you very much for the info. We will wait and see until the end if this week which would be two weeks from date of approval.
 
AD 02/22/03, Lawer got the notices 02/28/03, we got the courtesy copies today 03/03/03.

Went to SFO ins and got my ppts stamped with courtesy copies
lawyer called up today,and they recvd the originals..
