wifes name is not in the appointment letter
Experienced cpers help. I got my appointment letter on friday at my US address. My Wife\'s name is not in the appointment letter. Only my name appears as a primary applicant and in the list of Traveling applicants. I am leaving in five days. Interview on January 22nd. What is the solution.

Send a fax of your application to the consulate with a copy of her passport and birth certificate and marriage certificate with a cover letter explaining the situation and asking them to set up the appointment for your wife also.
Also, call the customer service representative at the consulate and explain the situation to them. I think they will probably advise the same as above (this is what they did for people with similar circumstances previously).
Even if you do not get the appointment letter revised, you might still be able to complete medicals, lab and enter the consulate with your spouse by showing the passport, marriage certificate and birth certificate of your spouse.

My interview is on 30th of Jan and I havent received my appointment letter. Havent recd. my packet 4.What do I need to do to get the original appointment letter. I called up the consulate and they said I should be able to print it from the web and just put my case number. But I didnot find any appointment letter form on the web.
