I received the AP documents yesterday (ND: June 25th, AD: Jan 20th). As someone had mentioned earlier, it took 5 business days for the documents to reach the attorney's office. Ironically (again as someone else had mentioned), I also received the rejection of the expedite request that I had filed in early January, yesterday. The rejection letter also included a copy of all the documents that I had faxed them and invited submission of additional documents for reconsideration of the expedite request. Interestingly, the date on the document is 01/10/2004, although the online approval date is 01/20/2004.
I am thankful that BCIS' whims resulted in the approval just in time for us to travel (01/29). I hope that the rest of you waiting for AP for even longer get your approvals soon. Nobody should have to have this basic freedom curtailed.
