Today I received a response from NSC's acting director Gregory Christian for the letter that I had written to expedite (the reason I wrote that letter was because they had messed up my PD; by putting me in the wrong EB category) my long pending (May 1 2004) 485. The letter says the following:
"We are actively processing this case. However, we are conducting additional/detail review and this has caused a longer processing time. If you dont hear in 6 months call us back."
I am not sure whether this is a good sign or an endless wait to count the 6 months.
This is perhaps the MOST frustrating thing that I have and still going through in my entire life.
