Received 3rd FP Notice (Dec 01 RD case)

Surprise! Surprise! I guess BCIS didn't like the design of my fingerprints given on October 4, 2003.

The only positive is that they have finally updated my address. The 2nd FP notice was sent to my old address.

RFE 07/03/03
FP2 10/04/03
FP3 01/10/04 (scheduled)
 
Software Glitch Behind 3rd FP Notices

My lawyer said that VSC has confessed to a system error, leading to the generation of all these 3rd FP notices. But they recommend going for the FP anyway, until there is either an official announcement on this matter or I get approved before then (mooh me shakkar).
 
Got 3rd FP. Nowadays VSC fails to surprise me. I would have been surprised if I did nto get it

I did my 2nd FP on 11/21/2003. So within 20 days I get my 3rd FP.

Waiting for my 4th too...
