I submitted my documents for my 3rd EAD (C09, awaiting I-485 approval) at the end of September to TSC. My receipt notice is dated Oct 1st.
Though I was quite worried about whether I would get my new EAD before the prior one expired in early December, the TSC processed the application and approved it Oct 26th. I received my new card this week.
