Received 2nd FP Notice...

and was planning to do an early FP at the Philly ASC on 8th Street. My first FP in April 2002 was a breeze, the lady there told me that I could do my FP anytime. But now it appears that some ASC's are becoming more strict, for example, Newark, NJ. Has anyone been to the Philly ASC for an early FP recently?

Also, my last name is misspelled on the 2nd FP Notice. I guess it's not a big deal and can be corrected when I go for my FP. Anyone with a similar problem please advice.

Yes, last Tue, midday. To my surprise, the place was practically empty -- a stark contrast with the first FP experience in May '02.. Everything took no ore than 10 minutes..

Not a big deal.. Just write the right name on the form and it'll make it into the computer (there's a separate field for alternate name spellings both in the paper form and on the screen).
