Received 2nd FP Notice...

Hi Gurus,

I have received 2nd FP notice scheduled for 09/09/2003 at BCIS Oakland, California.

Does Oankland BCIS accept early FP? please advise

when was your first FP ? I am not sure if Okland allows early FP but I know one new BCIS office in Santa Clara ,they allow this. I did my 2nd FP there on 12th July 2003 , they open from 8 to 4 pm all day . Sunday holiday. saturday also they open from 8 to 4 pm.

First FP was given on 04/30/2002 received to BCIS on 05/06/2002

Does Santa Clara office accepts Oakland cases?
 
Yes absolutely . They even do not look at that . they just need notice to allow you . By the way mine was also mentioned Okland office but I did there early as I was not known about Okland office.
