Received 2nd FP Notice

Hi All,
My lawyer just gave me 2 fax(s) from USCIS for 2nd FP notice,I noticed It has same A# .. I'm not sure if this is going to create any issue.
Does anybody have faced similar issues..

Following are my Details

Atlanta,GA
RD/ND Apr 2002
First FP Arp 2003
RFE Rcd (EVL)- Jul 2004
RFE Responded - same day (Faxed) and also sent Document
Status still says RFE issued
2nd FP issued by Fax - Today
 
status changed to RFE Recd.
Also my Lawyer faxed back to notify the correction on 2nd FP notice about A#,surprisingly,they recd. back the fax admitting the mistake and notified that corrected notices will be sent via Mail
 
How did your lawyer get TSC fax him 2nd FP notice? My lawyer told me nothing he can do.

RD/ND 11/2001
FP 1/2003
RFE Ack 3/2004
