Received 2nd FP notice wac-02-233

Hello all,

last week, we received 2nd FP notice (Wac-02-233-XXXXX, scheduled for 6/30 at San Jose)

1) Is it possible to postpone FP to end of August? Spouse is out of country currently.

2) Any limitation on no. of times we can postpone?

2) Can the primary applicant do the FP as schedule independent of the secondary applicant?


Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, you can reschedule your FP appointment, but it will delay your application process. I am not sure, you can postpone whatever time you want. You may explain the situation, it may work.
2) Any limitation on no. of times we can postpone?
usually one. Missing two FP appointments result in denial of application.

2) Can the primary applicant do the FP as schedule independent of the secondary applicant?
Yes, we got FP notices shceduled for different dates though received at the same time.

Check out LewsLaw.com. Someone from INS said, if you miss appointments, you may be in trouble. It may not be worth it. Go on time and finish it
