Received 2nd FP Notice(WAC-02-132)

Just checked my mail and found 2nd FP Notice for me and my wife. The 2nd FP Notice is schedule for July 24th @ San Jose. I send a Fax Inquiry for me & my wife on Monday(06/07) and also called IIO and initiated an inquiry too.
I'm not sure if that generated the FP.
No Change on the website no email either.
I received the FPs not sure if my lawyers have received.
No change in Job and no change in Address.

I have 2 questions
Should I go for an early FP? Will it help my case in anyway?
Does San Jose allow early FP?

by all means go for early fp. san jose does allow for early fp. i went there (application service center at 122 Charcot avenue, san jose)on a friday at 3:30 PM there was no one else in the bldg. we were done in 10 minutes. You might want to be there by 3:25PM.

i am sure your enquiries triggered the fp.
