Received 2nd FP notice (Aug 02)

My husband and I received our 2nd FP notice yesterday. It is scheduled for end of April. Our 485 was filed in Aug 02 (concurrent filing). I-140 was approved last year.

Someone on this board mentioned that as per his/her observation, it takes about 1 to 1.5 months after 2nd FP to get 485 approval. Do other people, who had their 2nd FP taken, agree with this theory ?:confused:
 
There are so many theories out there.. the one that works for you is...... , ( use your imagination)

BTW: Got my FP2 done on the 21st..My online notice keep changing,, few days back they said they recieved it on the 4th then the 10th,, today I see this:

On April 14, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

They truely beleive in dynamic information delivery mechanism

Disagree. I did my 2nd FP in mid-Dec 2003, the online status was never updated until sometime in late Mar 2004 when RFE was issued.
