Received 2nd Finger print notices finally.

Three months after first finger prints expired, I received my 2nd finger print notices today. Got scheduled on 11/04. But planning to do early fps in Jacksonville,FL.

Did you have to do anything to get second FP?

I did the following things. I don't know if any of them helped.

1) Sent a letter to Tsc while my finger prints were expiring.
2) Sent about 5 faxes one month before my finger prints were expired.
3) Had Senater raise an enquiry for my case for my finger prints. They requested TSC to finger print me for second time.

4) Had congressman raise an enquiry for my case. They did same as the senater did.

5) Had my Attorney send a letter requesting them to send me a finger prints.

Some people did nothing but still got 2nd finger prints right after the first one got expired. I just tried to put pressure from my side.

Did online message get updated or not? In my case I am primary my case got approved on 7th July this year but I am waiting for my wife's case. Her FP got expired last month and I have not received notice for 2nd FP.

My online message still says, Received finger print results on April 16, 2003. I am planning to go next Wednesday for early finger prints.
