I received my plastic card yesterday and online shows " The card was sent on July 10...". 
My spouse is still waiting the plastic card and online still shows the old 485 messages " The case was approved on...."
Actually, both of us got the passport stamped at the same time on June 4 in NYC. How come the cards were not came together and my spouse's card was not even ordered yet according to online.
Did anyone has similar situation? If so, how soon should we expect for another card?
