After more than a year, finally my attorney told me that they have never received the receipt from INS. And I already plan to travel during X'mas holiday.
Situation:
- Just apply to renew my AP (this week), my previous one expires this month.
- H-1 still valid till 2003. Attorney said I can use H-1 in conjunction w/ the receipt.
My attorney told me not to travel until AP approval which is not likely to get b4 X'mas.
Still waiting for my 485 (lin-01-252-), which I think still months away.
Any suggestions?
