Receipt # Sequence

I have noticed that the EAC-Receipt number which are much higher than mine have been approved with EAD & AP's; while mine is not.
Is there any logic in associating Receipt number based on type of case? or does BCIS looks at the case based on Receipt number or Randomly within the range of certain receipt numbers?

based on the recent decisions it might be due to whether i485 is filed - concurrent or semi-concurrent or not.

as karaya said you cant expect any logic from bcis
