hi i filed for 7th yr h-1 and h-4 extention on 30th of march,but did not recieve receipt notice yet.how long does it take usually.our status expires on 27th of may.do you think we should have filed earlier ,now that they are heavy rush due to new h-1's.
after the h-1 on visa expires and having filed an extention,how long is the status maintained if approval takes time.some where i read its 240 days,what if there is delay beyond that ,what happens to the status?
